Dr. Kate Wagnitz

Dr. Kate Wagnitz graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2021 and began her career in a mixed-animal practice in Mid-Michigan. Dr. Wagnitz recently relocated to West Michigan and joined the GLHA veterinary team in July 2026.   Her professional interests include wound care and surgery.  She is excited for this next chapter in companion animal practice but admits she will miss working with goats.

Outside of work, Dr. Wagnitz enjoys hiking, gardening, and settling in with a good book. She also looks forward to adding a puppy—or two—to her household in the future.
